Business Economics The provision of Business Economics services includes Economic Analysis, Value Chain Analysis, and Break-Even Analysis. Within Economic Analysis we offer financial Analysis, Cost-Benefit Analysis, and Cost Effectiveness analysis.
Business Consulting Our Business and Project Consulting services offerings cover the traditional Management Consulting areas, plus Program/Project Management. We can also assist with the implementation of business process improvement through a tailored Change Management Strategy.
Planning & Budgeting The primary planning services offered include Strategic and Business Planning, Marketing and Sales Planning and Capital Investment Planning. We can also assist where required with Budgeting (Capital and Recurrent), and the development of Business Cases.
